Established on a rare undeveloped lot in Pacific Grove, CA this contemporary new construction is the vision of Studio Zerbey Architects. Managing this project from breaking ground to finish presented many technical challenges that required inventive solutions executed in coordination with a range of sub-contractors, building officials and the design team.
